📦 Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

  • A tracking number will be sent via email once the order is dispatched.

  • You can track your shipment via our courier partner's website.


🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Opened headphones/earbuds (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale/clearance items (unless damaged)

3. Return Process

  • Email us at frgadgets5618@gmail.com to initiate a return.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive instructions and a return address.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility (unless item was defective or wrong).

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days via your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange it, email us with photo proof.
